Winter Break Reading from M.S.D.

The Manchester School District recently released a letter to families regarding Winter Break Reading. Although there is no specific winter break reading challenge assignment for our high school students, the District is encouraging our school community to make time for reading during the winter break as we continue to support the effort to keep our students reading all year long.  As our Superintendent advocates, when one finds he or she has some extra down time, that is the perfect time for picking up a book.

Furthermore, our school district would like to encourage students to visit the Manchester City Library on Pine Street.  If you haven’t already, please register for a library card, and attend any of the scheduled events at the library during the winter break.

The Manchester School District thanks you in advance for your support and participation in the Winter Break Reading Challenge. We all hope that you and your family enjoy the holiday break!
